Jasmine Williams-Pickett

Jasmine Williams Pickett BHA, CPC, CPCI, is the Vice President and Director of iCode Healthcare Solutions. She is recognized as a leader in the healthcare coding industry. In addition to maintaining a 98.5% accuracy rate, she is a highly skilled trainer.
Jasmine has worked in the healthcare industry for more than eight years and obtained her Bachelor of Science in Health Administration and Healthcare Management from the University of Phoenix. Her keen auditing skills and accuracy have served companies nationwide including Georgia’s Piedmont Hospital, Pennsylvania’s Lehigh Valley Health Network, Michigan’s Henry Ford Health Systems, Connecticut’s Yale New Haven Hospital and Georgia’s Kaiser Permanente. Jasmine also worked with Optum as a key leader of the fraud, waste, abuse, and error M&R division managing 40 remote coders.
Jasmine is certified in ICD10CM and remains in the ranks of top coders with her membership in the American Association of Professional Coders.
She combined her work experience, extensive knowledge and desire to create an active dialogue in the healthcare solutions industry to cofound Medical Coder Women Connect. Today the group totals 500 members. Jasmine also participates in a variety of forums including Medical Coders Talk USA, Jobs for PreGrad and Graduate Medical Coders, Jobs for American Medical Coders and the Medical Coders and HIM Professionals forum.
When not growing the iCode HCS brand, Jasmine dedicates time to the community through international nonprofits and global initiatives including Seed Faith Ministry and Footprints, a nonprofit that serves impoverished families.
The Ohio native has also lived in Wisconsin and Massachusetts. Jasmine currently lives in Atlanta, GA with her husband and children.
